Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Custom Product Remake / Return Policy

All custom products come with a 30-day remake policy.  There are no returns on custom products, however we will do our best to work with you and the manufacturer to provide the perfect fit within the remake period. Manufacturing defects on products are held through the individual manufacturers policies.

Hearing Aid Trial / Return Policy

Hearing Aids are subject to a 45-day trial period per CA State Law. If hearing aids are returned during the trial period a full refund will be processed.
