Meet the Doctor
Dr. Julie Glick, Au.D.
Dr. Glick was first introduced to custom in-ear monitors twenty-nine years ago, when she began her career in a private audiology practice in Beverly Hills, California. Since then, she has gained a wealth of experience across the audiology and music industries in Chicago, New York City, and Los Angeles. Her passion for music, combined with her expertise in audiology and hearing technology, led her to recognize early on the unique opportunity to help people experience exceptional sound while protecting their hearing.
Throughout her career, Julie has spent invaluable time with monitor and sound engineers and has worked backstage and in rehearsal studios with musicians of all genres. She spent two years as an audiologist at Sensaphonics Hearing Conservation in Chicago and also served as a regional representative for a major hearing aid company. These experiences have given her an in-depth understanding of the technical details behind live musical performances, as well as the technology and expertise required to address hearing needs across a wide range of patients.
Dr. Glick brings this combination of clinical audiology expertise, technical knowledge of sound, and real-world experience in the music industry to every aspect of her practice. Whether fitting advanced hearing aids, creating custom in-ear monitors, or providing hearing protection, she takes a highly individualized approach designed to help each patient hear their best. Her philosophy is simple – the right technology should feel effortless, sound exceptional and allow you to focus on the music, conversations and experiences that matter most.
Dr. Glick received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Science from The Ohio State University, Master of Science in Communicative Disorders from California State University, Northridge and Doctor of Audiology from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology. Dr. Glick is a licensed Audiologist and licensed Hearing Instrument Dispenser in the state of California.
